SANCTUM HUB is a platform that connects clients who need written content with writers who can produce quality written work. These terms govern your use of our platform as either a Client or a Writer.
To use our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, or if you violate any of these terms.

Writers must select a subscription plan (Junior or Pro) to access and bid on tasks. Subscription fees are one-time payments processed via M-Pesa. Upon payment, your plan will be activated for one year.
Junior Plan: Access to basic tasks, standard earnings per task, and basic categories.
Pro Plan: Access to all tasks, higher earnings potential, and technical writing categories.
Writers may place bids on available tasks. Each writer is limited to a maximum of 3 active bids (pending or accepted) at any time. Bids include a cover letter and may include sample work attachments.
Clients review bids and select the writer they wish to work with. Once a bid is accepted, the writer must complete the task by the specified deadline.
Submitted tasks undergo a two-step review process:
If a submission is rejected, writers receive feedback and have to bid other jobs at their discretion.
For Writers: Earnings from completed tasks accumulate in your account. You may request a payout once you have pending earnings. Payout requests are subject to a 48-hour waiting period before processing.
All payments are processed via M-Pesa. Other payment methods will be added in the future.
Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work transfer to the client. Writers retain the right to include the work in their portfolios but must not share confidential client information.
Writers warrant that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
In case of disputes between clients and writers, our admin team will mediate and make a final decision. Both parties agree to cooperate with the dispute resolution process.
Disputes regarding payments will be reviewed based on submission quality, client instructions, and platform guidelines.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform's integrity.
Upon termination, any pending payments will be processed according to our standard policies.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
